W. Michael Greene, MD
Dr. Greene is a board-certified Otolaryngologist--Head and Neck Surgeon (ENT). He has lived in Greenville for 13 years, since finishing his residency at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville in 1996. He grew up in Hartsville, SC and attended Duke University and the Medical University of South Carolina, where he received his M.D. degree in 1991. Dr. Greene left Greenville ENT Associates in 2006, after ten years. He maintains a high level of respect for his former partners and the departure was amicable. He is married to Bronwen Sanderson Greene, MD, the love of his life, and pediatrician at Carolina Pediatrics. They have three young children, Elizabeth, Rachel, and Ian.
Mary Ellen Kistler, MMS, PA-C
 Mary Ellen is a board certified Physician Assistant. She earned both her undergraduate and her Master of Medical Science degrees from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem NC. She joined Provident ENT in the summer of 2010 and greatly enjoys the diversity of ENT work. A native of Fort Worth Texas, Mary Ellen has been in the Carolinas for the past decade and has lived in Greenville for three years. She has been happily married to Evan Kistler for five years and they enjoy keeping up with their two German Shorthaired Pointers.
Angie Smith
Angie is the front office and business office manager at Provident ENT. She is a native of Germany, and has called Greenville home for over 37 years. She was the administrator of a large medical practice in Greenville for 25 years, so whatever your concern, she knows the ropes! She lives with her husband Roger, and they have raised two daughters. They enjoy traveling on their motorcycle.
Melinda Bennett, RN
Melinda has lived in Greenville more than 20 years, and graduated from college in Greenville. She has spent most of her career in the Pediatric Emergency Department, which she helped establish at Greenville Memorial Hospital. She is the smiling and compassionate face of expert nursing care, which she now extends to the private ENT world--and to adults! She and her husband Raymond live with their three children in Laurens County, where Melinda doubles at homeschool teacher.
Heather Reynolds, RN
Heather is a registered nurse, originally from Edgefield, SC. She previously worked at Greenville Memorial Hospital in the Pediatric ICU. Heather and her husband Charlie live in Greenville and have a young son, Hank.
Ellen Miele, FAAA
Ellen is a certified audiologist who comes to Provident ENT with a wealth of experience in the full range of audiology care, from diagnostic hearing testing to hearing aid fitting and service. Ellen practiced at the current location with Dr. Kenneth Easley prior to his retirement. Ellen has three children junior high to college age.
Jessica Manzi
Jessica joined us in late 2010, and brought our billing operations in house in March of 2011. Her diligence has enabled us to do a better job running the insurance and billing side of the practice. While the world of healthcare can sometimes involve expensive, confusing, and even discouraging realities, Jessica is eager to cheerfully help you (and us) navigate these necessary roads. This allows us to exist to provide your care successfully, and hopefully will help you to have a more enjoyable experience.
